✨ General Pre-Appointment Guidelines for All Injectable & Skin Treatments:
Avoid alcohol, ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, and vitamin E for 24–48 hours prior to your appointment to minimize the risk of bruising. If you have a history of cold sores, please let us know prior to any lip filler or microneedling. Arrive with clean skin—no makeup, lotion, or SPF on the treatment area. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
💉 For Botox & Dysport Appointments: No major restrictions, but avoiding the items above helps reduce bruising.
💋 For Dermal Filler Appointments: Same precautions as above. Consider taking Arnica a few days before to help minimize bruising. Plan your filler 2–4 weeks before any major events.
✨ For Microneedling Appointments: Discontinue retinoids, glycolic acid, and other exfoliants for 3–5 days before. Avoid sun exposure before and after. Post-care instructions will be provided after your treatment.
💧 For Sculptra Appointments: Avoid blood thinners as above. You’ll need to massage the treated area 5 times a day for 5 minutes for 5 days post-treatment.

Average cost of upper face (forehead, crows feet, and elevens) is around $400-475 - but each patient's treatment plan is individualized!
Units are all "Botox" equivalent so if you have read that it takes more units of a certain brand to equal units of Botox, just know that it has been factored into my price to make them equal as far as how I am injecting -- so in reality (Dysport is $11 for 3 units) ...if that makes no sense to you and you have no idea what I mean as far as "Botox equivalent units" NO WORRIES!! There is so much education out there nowadays on social media and more and more of my wonderful patients know the ins and outs of dosing, so I just like to be transparent for those that do! :)
Consultation is always free, with no obligation to receive treatment, but if you do decide to go ahead we can do treatment at the same visit!
